| アルバイトの仕事内容 | 仕事内容: 外国人の観光客向けに長崎観光を英語または中国語で行なっていただきます。 通常は4時間または6時間のツアーのどちらかになり、訪問先は長崎の定番の観光地がメインです。 ツアーは電車での移動のツアーと車（タクシー）での移動のツアーの2種類があります。 You will be guiding foreign visitors on sightseeing tours in Nagasaki in English or Chinese. Tours are typically either 4 or 6 hours long, focusing mainly on Nagasaki’s popular attractions. Our tours are unique in including a traditional tea ceremony experience, allowing guests to fully enjoy three elements: sightseeing, food (such as lunch in Chinatown), and hands-on experiences of Japanese traditional culture. 我们以“全力打造让游客一生难忘的长崎之旅”为宗旨进行导览服务。 我们的行程独家包含茶道体验，让游客能够同时享受观光、美食（如在中华街用午餐）以及日本传统文化这三大要素的完整体验。 求める人材: 必須条件 1. 英会話または中国語会話 世界各国からいろんな訛りの英語（中国語）を話す人とコミュニケーションができる程度の英会話力（中国語力）が必要です。（ネイティブである必要はありません） 2. 日本語会話 長崎を案内する上で最低限必要な日本語スキル（目安N3-4レベル） 3. コミュニケーションスキル 接客業ですので、お客様が気持ちよくツアーを満足できるようなコミュニケーション力をお持ちの方を希望します。 ※ガイド未経験者可 訪問先は長崎を代表する観光地にほぼ限定されますので、頑張って勉強すれば十分ガイドとしてデビューできます。 Requirements English (or Chinese) Conversation Skills You need to have sufficient English (or Chinese) skills to communicate with people from around the world, including various accents. Being a native speaker is not required. Japanese Conversation Skills Minimum Japanese language ability is required to guide in Nagasaki (approx. JLPT N3-4 level). Communication Skills As this is a customer service role, we are looking for someone who can interact with guests in a way that ensures they enjoy and are satisfied with their tour experience. No prior guiding experience required Since the tour destinations are mostly limited to Nagasaki’s main attractions, with effort and study, you can successfully debut as a guide. 必备条件 英语会话或中文会话能力 能够与来自世界各国、带有各种口音的英语（中文）使用者进行沟通的程度即可（不需要是母语者）。 日语会话能力 具备在长崎进行导览所需的最低限度日语能力（参考标准：N3-4程度）。 沟通能力 由于属于服务行业，希望您具备让游客在旅途中感到愉快与满意的沟通技巧。 ※ 无需导游经验 参观地点几乎限于代表长崎的主要观光景点，只要努力学习，完全能够顺利作为导游出道。 勤務時間・曜日: 不定期に入る長崎観光ツアー（4時間から6時間）を担当していただきます。 稼働可能日をあらかじめお聞かせいただいた上で案件をご紹介します。 You will be responsible for guiding sightseeing tours in Nagasaki, each lasting between 4 to 6 hours, on an irregular basis. We will offer you tour assignments based on the availability schedule you provide in advance. 您将负责不定期安排的长崎观光团（4至6小时）。 我们会先询问您可工作的日期，并根据您的时间向您介绍相关的工作案件。 休暇・休日: 事前にご希望のスケジュールを提出いただき、その日にツアーの予約が入った場合のみ稼働いただきます。スケジュールに最低日数の縛りなどはございません。 You will submit your preferred schedule in advance, and you will only work on days when a tour is booked. There is no minimum number of days required for your availability. 您只需事先提交自己希望的出勤时间表，只有在这些日期有行程预约时才需出勤。 出勤日数没有任何最低要求或限制。 アクセス: ほとんどのツアーは松が枝国際ターミナルからの出発となります。それ以外にも長崎市内中心部のホテルからの出発の場合があります。 ツアー当日に現地までお客様を迎えに行っていただき、ツアー終了後原則お迎えと同じ場所で解散となります。 Most tours depart from Matsugae International Terminal. Some tours may also depart from hotels in central Nagasaki. 大多数的行程都从松枝国际码头出发。 此外，有时也会从长崎市中心的酒店出发。 在行程当天，您需要前往指定地点接待游客，行程结束后原则上在与接待地点相同的地方解散。 On the day of the tour, you will pick up guests at the designated location, and at the end of the tour, they will be dropped off at the same location in principle. 給与: 報酬はご案内する人数とツアー時間によって設定されます。 ご自宅からお迎えの場所までの往復の交通費は自己負担となります。 ただし、ツアー中に発生する交通費、立替分の入場料その他の経費（ガイド分含む）は全てお支払いします。 Compensation will be determined based on the number of guests and the duration of the tour. Transportation costs between your home and the meeting location will be at your own expense. However, all expenses incurred during the tour—including transportation, admission fees, and other costs (including those for the guide)—will be fully covered. 报酬将根据您接待的游客人数及行程时间来决定。 您从家到集合地点的往返交通费用需自行负担。 但在导览过程中产生的交通费、代垫的门票费用及其他相关费用（包含导游本人部分）均由我们全额支付。 待遇・福利厚生: その他: 面接につきましてはリモートで英語（または日本語）面談をさせていただきます。 The interview will be conducted remotely in English or Japanese. |
